The procedure chosen by the Contracting Authority is that of the procedure with negotiation to follow a previous call for tenders declared unsuccessful for the following lots:
lot 04 : Clothing-Cladding
Lot 07 : metalwork - locksmith
lot 10: hard floor coverings - wall coverings
lot 15: VRD - outdoor facilities
The Operation will be carried out in an occupied site.
Lot 15 includes any additional services (PSE).
The contracting authority reserves the right to negotiate or not to negotiate tenders
