The subject of the proceedings and the order is the sale and supply of electricity, in the period of 12 months from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, to the facilities of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej sp. z o.o. in Muszyna and Zapoprad sp. z. o.o. located in the City and Spa Commune muszyna in the Małopolskie Voivodeship.

A. Task No. 1: Sale and supply of electricity to the facilities of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej sp. z o.o. in Muszyna a) A detailed list of facilities (i.e. electricity collection points/places of supply) of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej sp. z o.o. in Muszyna together with basic technical parameters and planned estimated consumption is included in Annex 1a to this SWZ. b) The bidder should have a GUD (General Distribution Agreement) agreement with Tauron Dystrybucja SA., PKP Energetyka SA. The Ordering Party has DSO collection points in Tauron Dystrybucja SA. and PKP Energetyka SA. c) Basic information: Number of measuring systems settling consumed electricity 14 Tariff group according to DSOs According to the list in Annex 1a to SWZ Information on DSOs supplying electricity to the facilities of TAURON Dystrybucja SA PKP Energetyka S.A. Estimated consumption during the term of the contract [MWh] without the right of option. 1 002,805 MWh Information on the current changes of the seller Part One / Part Next Information on the contracts currently in force in the Ordering Party Distribution agreements were concluded for an indefinite period. Power purchase agreements are valid until 31.12.2022. Information on price changes during the term of the contract The Ordering Party does not provide for a change in the net unit price during the term of the contract, except for changes resulting from changes in generally applicable law. Information on the availability of data on energy consumption points The Ordering Party will provide all available data necessary in the procedure of changing the seller – Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ. Information on the Ordering Party's shares in promotional or loyalty campaigns The Ordering Party did not sign annexes regarding loyalty and promotional programs. Information on granting the Contractor a power of attorney The power of attorney and its scope is an integral part of the contract and constitutes Annex 3 to it. Information about payers The Ordering Party is the payer of receivables. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Chapter IV of the Specifications of the Terms and Conditions of the Contract and the provisions regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 8a to the SWZ for task No. 1.

Task No. 2: Sale and supply of electricity to the facilities of Zapopradzie sp. z. o.o. a) A detailed list of facilities (i.e. points of consumption / places of supply of electricity) Zapopradzie sp. z. o.o., together with basic technical parameters and planned estimated consumption is included in Annex 1b to this SWZ. b) The bidder should have a GUD (General Distribution Agreement) agreement with Tauron Dystrybucja SA. The Ordering Party has DSO collection points in Tauron Dystrybucja SA. c) Basic information: Number of measuring systems settling consumed electricity 2 Tariff group according to DSOs According to the list in Annex 1b to SWZ Information on the DSO supplying electricity to TAURON Dystrybucja SA facilities Estimated consumption during the term of the contract [MWh] 212,379 MWh Information on previous changes of the seller Part One / Part Next Information on contracts currently in force of the Ordering Party Distribution agreements were concluded on time indefinite.
