The municipality of Nottuln is planning to convert the Rupert Neudeck grammar school into cluster school after phase zero has been completed. The conversion work is to begin with pavilions 8/9. The completion of this is planned by summer 2023.

The aim of the process is to procure an overall planner for the renovation of the two pavilions 8/9 described here and an observation point for further commissioning the renovation for the further remaining pavilions of the campus. The planning includes the planning of the technical equipment (KG 400).

The present feasibility study shows an estimated total amount (construction and ancillary costs) of approximately €10,000,000.
