The municipality of Almelo intends to organize a European tender for the purchase of an ICT application, namely an "Object Registration". This consists in general terms of: licenses / hosting / implementation / management, Further development and related services. The Assignment consists of one (1) plot. The municipality of Almelo wishes to conclude one Agreement with 1 Contractor.

Tendering procedure:

For this Assignment, the municipality intends to follow the Competition procedure with negotiation, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2012.
