By means of this tender the client wants to have the two locations in Amsterdam cleaned according to the wishes and requirements as stated in the tender documents.

The ultimate objective is that the cleaning is of good quality and at acceptable costs, whereby the following things are guaranteed:

• the quality;

• the market conformity;

• satisfaction of the building users;

• unambiguous and clear working method / agreements;

• manageability;

• good management and assurance of staff.

The result of the tender is the contracting of one service provider for both cleaning and window cleaning together for both locations. A framework agreement is entered into with this service provider.

The contract relates to two secondary education schools, a total of more than 23,000 m2 of floor space and 14,000 m2 of glass.
