This contract defines the conditions under which the CEA entrusts the Holder, who accepts, with the construction of an "off-site" building No. 629 for tertiary use and the deconstruction of a modular building No. 625P in R+1 existing on the CEA Paris-Saclay site.

The services relating to solution n°1 relate to the construction of an off-site building on the ground floor sized for 78 people including:

- The construction of building A and the partial occupation of this building following the deconstruction of building 625P,

- The deconstruction of building 625P,

- The construction of buildings B and C.

The services of the firm tranche relating to solution n°1 include:

- studies,

- the preparation of the file for the submission of the building permit and the demolition permit,

- earthworks, foundations,

- prefabrication of buildings,

- preparatory work,

- the delivery, installation and commissioning of office buildings,

- the installation of an elevator for solution n°2 and for option n°1,

- connection works,

- the cleaning and removal of all waste and grease resulting from this work,

- The deconstruction of building 625P,

- the establishment of the DOE and DIUO,

- pre-acceptance operations (OPR) including the carrying out of all commissioning tests,

- reception.

The services relating to solution n°2 relate to the construction of an off-site building in R + 1 sized for 78 people including:

- The installation of an elevator,

- The deconstruction of building 625P at the end of the work.

The services of the firm tranche relating to solution n°2 include:

- studies,

- the preparation of the file for the submission of the building permit and the demolition permit,

- earthworks, foundations,

- prefabrication of buildings,

- preparatory work,

- the delivery, installation and commissioning of office buildings,

- the installation of an elevator for solution n°2 and for option n°1,

- connection works,

- the cleaning and removal of all waste and grease resulting from this work,
