This consultation concerns programming and project management assistance missions for building operations and/or mixed building-infrastructure operations. It is a multi-successful framework agreement with subsequent contracts.

This procedure is launched, pursuant to the provisions of Articles L 2113-6 et seq. of the Public Order Code, for the benefit of a group of orders composed around the City of Nantes, its Communal Centre for Social Action (C.C.A.S.) and Nantes Métropole.

As coordinator, Nantes Métropole manages the procedure for awarding the framework agreement, its award, notification, renewal and monitoring, and legally binds all the members of the grouping (hereinafter the Members) through its decisions. Each member of the grouping shall, however, remain responsible for the award of subsequent contracts which concern him and, in particular, for the payment of the corresponding services.
