The subject of the contract is to take out a loan in the amount of PLN 7,000,000.00 for 8 years to repay loans taken out in previous years and to finance the planned budget deficit in connection with newly started investments.

The subject of the contract is to take out a loan in the amount of PLN 7,000,000.00 for 8 years to repay loans taken out in previous years and to finance the planned budget deficit in connection with newly started investments. a) Repayment of the loan taken out together with interest will take place from the income of the Raba Wyżna Municipality. b) The loan will be used in three tranches: a) the first tranche in the amount of PLN 4,000,000.00 transferred to the bank account of the Raba Wyżna Commune within 2 weeks of signing the contract; b) the second tranche in the amount of PLN 3,000,000.00 transferred to the bank account of the Raba Wyżna Commune within 3 weeks of signing the contract; c) Repayment of the principal installments of the loan will take place quarterly in 32 installments, and the installment payment date will take place on the last business day of each quarter, starting from 31.03.2026 to 30.12.2033. d) Interest will be repaid quarterly in 45 installments – on the last business day of each quarter. Interest on the loan will be calculated on the loan amount actually used. The first interest will be payable on 30.12.2022 and the last on 30.12.2033. e) The interest rate on the loan during the loan period will be based on the variable WIBOR 3M rate and the Contractor's fixed margin. In the event that the WIBOR 3M interest rate benchmark is replaced by another benchmark, this benchmark will become a benchmark applicable to the parties to the loan agreement. If the WIBOR 3M benchmark is not quoted and is not replaced by another indicator, then the parties to the loan agreement will jointly agree on the most similar indicator, and until the arrangements are made, the parties will be bound by the last recorded WIBOR 3M rate.
