The scope of this exercise is to select a service provider to supply an Air Conditioning Maintenance & Service to NHS sites throughout Berkshire. This will cover an estimated 255 Air Conditioning units over 19 sites and 27.

Commercial refrigerator/refrigeration equipmentover 5 sites. This will include bi- annual Air Conditioning services and any ad-hoc call outs for repair work.
