Three contractors are selected for headhunting services, which are not ranked in order of priority.
The aim of the headhunting services is to identify the best applicants for the position in the public search at any given time and to get these people to apply for open positions. With regard to headhunting services, keva's practices and guidelines guiding the recruitment process must be taken into account.
Keva uses a direct search for employees for high-profile positions. Direct search can be used when recruiting managers, managers or employees for demanding expert positions. Direct search complements the public application process in which the Service Provider seeks and attracts potential applicants.
The Client selects an expert from the Service Provider to take care of the coordination, searches, selections and other activities of their organisation's executive search services in accordance with the executive search process. The client's headhunting services are provided by experts whose more detailed experience and competence requirements are described in Appendix 3 (Designated experts).
