The purpose of this framework agreement with order forms is to provide maintenance services for wastewater and rainwater networks, basins and ancillary structures, owned by Douaisis Agglo and the municipalities, members of the group.

This framework agreement with purchase orders is made within the framework of a grouping of purchase orders. A constitutive agreement defines the operating procedures of the group in accordance with Article L. 2113-7 of the Public Order Code. Douaisis Agglo has been appointed coordinator of the consortium and has received a mandate from the constituent members of the consortium to launch the consultation, award the contract, sign and notify the latter to the successful holder in the name and on behalf of each member of the consortium. However, each member of the group remains competent for the execution of this contract, for the part which concerns it.

The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide maintenance services for wastewater and rainwater networks, basins and ancillary structures, owned by Douaisis Agglo and the municipalities, members of the group.

This contract is made within the framework of an order group.

The services are subject to a framework agreement with order forms in accordance with articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code with or without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount defined by local authority member of the grouping and representing a cumulative total of: minimum amount 87,000 EUR excluding VAT and maximum amount of 508,500 EUR excluding VAT.
