The subject of the contract is the provision of personal and property protection services for IAS in Warsaw and its subordinate units, as well as inspections, maintenance and repairs of alarm systems in 2024, divided into 5 parts:
1. Part 1 - Warsaw region.
2. Part 2 - Siedlce region.
3. Part 3 - Ciechanów region.
4. Part 4 - Płock region.
5. Part 5 - Radom region.
The scope and description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference (OPZ) – General description of the subject matter of the contract, in Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference – draft provisions of the contract (model agreement) and in Appendices 1a-e to the OPZ, which constitute a list of the Contracting Authority's facilities along with the characteristics and scope of security activities for the following regions: Warsaw (Appendix 1a) and Siedlce (Appendix 1b), respectively. Ciechanów (Appendix 1C), Płock (Appendix 1D) and Radom (Appendix 1E).
Personal and property protection services of IAS in Warsaw and its subordinate units as well as inspections, maintenance and repairs of alarm systems in 2024 – Warsaw regionThe subject of the contract is the provision of personal and property protection services for IAS in Warsaw and its subordinate units, as well as inspections, maintenance and repairs of alarm systems in 2024 - Warsaw region, consisting of:
(1) the physical protection of persons and property;
2) intervention of the security patrol at every call of the Contracting Authority and subordinate units in order to provide additional protection of persons and property;
3) monitoring signals of intrusion alarm systems (IDS);
4) collection and delivery of keys to the Ordering Party's facility;
(5) installation of transmitters for remote monitoring of signals of intrusion and robbery alarm systems;
6) performing periodic inspections of the following systems: SSWIN, access control systems (ACS) and CCTV systems;
7) repairs of the following systems: SSWiN, SKD, CCTV resulting from failures and found during periodic inspections.
