The subject of the contract will include the service of receiving and transportation of mixed municipal waste and segregated municipal waste (task 1) from all properties on which residents reside, midwives in the territory of the city and the municipality of GoChain and the service of receiving waste from the Selective Point Communal Waste Collections. Other problem waste collected in the PSZOK section, which, because of its nature, cannot be developed by the Inter-Municipal Municipal Waste Landfill in Kopaszyn will be received and transferred for development in a separate task (Task 2). The order was divided into two (2) parts of the so-called “tasks”.
Task no. 1 - Receipt of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property and from the Selective Collection of Municipal WasteThe subject of the contract includes the reception and transport of mixed municipal waste and segregated municipal waste listed from the locations specified in Annexes 4 and 5 to SWZ, where residents reside, midwives in the territory of the city and the municipality of GoChain, and the reception service waste listed from the Municipal Waste Selective Collective Point.
The Contracting Authority requests to bring a defect in the amount of PLN 30 000,00
The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of taking advantage of Article 139 (1) of Pzp, i.e. the possibility of examining and evaluating tenders in the first place and then making the qualifications of the contractor whose offer has been highest assessed, in the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment conditions of participation in the proceedings.

Task no. 2 - Reception and management of problem waste from the area of the City and Municipality of DoChainThe subject of the order includes the reception and development of other problem waste from the area of the Town and the Municipality of GoChain and from the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste.
