Laundry and lease of hospital underwear for the Provincial Department of Health Care Plant of the Centre for Lung Diseases Treatment and Rehabilitation in Łódź, Okólna Street 181

1) Providing comprehensive laundry services in the field of washing and disinfection, fashioned clothing, cleaning materials (mop pads), cloths, mattresses, blankets, quilts and pillows owned by the hospital, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer's underwear".

2) Leasing, washing and disinfection of hospital linen, napkins, pajamas, bathrobes, treatment shirts, baby underwear and diapers, towels and cloths, as well as surgical clothing and underwear, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor's underwear".

3) Sterilization of surgical clothing and underwear /in a situation when the Ordering Party will not be able to carry it out on its own/.

4) Provision of linen service including collection and transport of "Ordering Party's underwear" and "Contractor's underwear" - clean and dirty on indicated dates in accordance with a specific schedule directly to the user (hospital wards, operating theatre, outpatient clinic).

The detailed scope of the service in question, together with the obligations of the Contractor, is specified in Appendix No. 2 to this Terms of Reference, which will also constitute Appendix No. 1 to the agreement.
