The subject of the information is the awarding of the services of the sanitary, heating and refrigeration (cold water only) systems for the new construction of a service house of the Cologne Studierendenwerk.

It is an administrative building with approx. 200 workplaces in the form of a 6-storey structure in reinforced concrete construction with underground parking and a gross floor area of approx. 7,800 m².
