The provisions of this document relate to the services described below:
As part of the implementation of the TIEOM - Incentive tax for the removal of Household Waste, and to identify each producer who cannot benefit from individual chipped bins (city or village center, vertical habitat, grouping point), the SIRTOM of the Brive Region has decided to launch this contract for the supply and installation of buried containers, semi-buried, aerial or elevator bins with access control for the collection of household waste, recyclables or glass.
Civil engineering services for the installation of buried containers, semi-buried containers or elevator bins are part of the consultation
lot No. 1 Supply and installation of underground containers of 3m3, 4m3 and 5m3supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of underground containers, of 3m3, 4m3 or 5m3 for the collection of residual household waste, Bio-Waste, recyclables or glass.
For the collection of household waste, an access control will be integrated into the double drum to identify the author of the deposit for invoicing
lot 2 Supply and installation of underground containers with elevator for wheeled binssupply of underground columns with elevator allowing the installation of 02 rolling bins of 770 liters or 1 bin of 770 liters and 2 bins of 360 liters intended for the collection of residual household waste, recyclables or glass.

lot 3 Supply and installation of semi-underground containers of 3m3, 4m3 and 5m3supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of semi-buried containers, of 3m3, 4m3 or 5m3 intended for the collection of residual household waste, recyclables or glass.

lot no. 4 Supply and delivery of air containers of 1.5m3, 2 m3, 3m3 or 4m3supply and delivery of air containers, of 1.5m3 - 2m3 - 3m3 or 4m3 for the collection of recyclables or glass
lot No. 5 Earthworks and civil engineering for buried, semi-buried or aerial containersThe works concern:
- the carrying out of excavations - in land of any kind, from 1.50 to 3.00 ml deep, of width 2.50 ml on average and of variable length depending on the number of columns (01 to 05) - 3.50 to 10.00 ml on average.
At the bottom of the excavation, a concrete slab will be made (concrete dosed at 250 or 300 kg or gravel cement).
The embankments will be made after the installation of the buried or semi-buried columns.
The final developments will be carried out in agreement with the community or the donors of the territory who will make the request.
- The realization of concrete slab, ready to receive 1, 2 or 3 columns of voluntary contribution (aerial columns) with a maximum capacity of about 1.50 to 4.00 m3 each (glass, packaging, newspapers - magazines).
