This contract concerns the performance of cleaning services for the premises and the interior and exterior glazing in various communal buildings.

A visit to the sites is mandatory (procedures provided for in the Consultation Regulations).

the monthly and regular cleaning services concern the following sites: Municipal Technical Center - Municipal Police - City Hall meeting room - specialized gymnasium - Doller gymnasium - Daffodilla nursery schools, Lamartine - Daudet elementary schools, Georges Sac, Lamartine, Pierre and Marie Curie annex.

The public contract composed of: - a firm and flat-rate part linked to monthly and regular cleaning services - a variable part treated in the form of a framework agreement with single-awarded purchase orders, without minimum amounts with a maximum of 400,000 euro (T.T.C.) per period of validity. This variable part concerns services on the basis of an hourly rate for one-off services and replacements.

cleaning of the high glazing in various sites and the low glazing of the Town Hall.
