1. The object of the order is the year-round cleansing of the city of Koszalin, consisting in the conduct of services in the field of:
— maintaining the cleanliness of roadways, sidewalks, parking lots and communication stops during the summer, consisting of mechanical and manual clearing of public roads and stops, weeding, cleaning of street drains and other clean-up work on assignment and winter maintenance streets, sidewalks, car parks and communication stops, consisting of maintaining winter ambulances, removing the effects of winter on public roads and stops, and their postal cleaning.

3. Pursuant to Article 95 (1) of the Law of Public Procurement, the Contracting Authority requires employment under the contract of employment of all persons performing the activities covered by the scope of the contract listed in the detailed description of the object of the contract, consisting in particular in the operation or use of equipment specified in point 4.4 of the detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ), if the performance of these activities will consist of the performance of the work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974.
4. Any issues related to the method of verification by the Contracting Authority of employment referred to above, the Contracting Authority's authority to control compliance with the requirement and the sanctions for failing to comply with those requirements are set out in the proposed provisions of the contract in the on public procurement.
