The purpose of this contract is to set up an outsourced system for listening, supporting and guiding people who are victims or witnesses of acts of violence, discrimination, sexist or sexual violence, domestic or intra-family violence, or facts relating to psychosocial risks, in particular psychological harassment, for the benefit of the community of the University-Paul-Valéry. This system welcomes both victims and witnesses of such acts. It complements the already existing offer of listening and internal support to several points of contact. The public of the university (staff, students, and external speakers participating in the teachings) has the choice to seize the internal channels or the outsourced cell
