The Schwarzwald-Baar-Klinikum Villingen-Schwenningen is a central care hospital and academic teaching hospital of the University of Freiburg. It is one of the ten largest non-university clinics in Baden-Württemberg and one of the 80 largest clinics in Germany. With 25 highly specialized main departments and two inpatient departments, the facility offers a range of services comparable to "maximum care".
Affiliated are a midwifery school and a nursing school with pediatric nursing and nursing school.
The services in maintenance, intensive care and surgical cleaning, data preparation and cleaning of the outdoor facilities as well as other housekeeping services are provided by the service company Klinikum-Service GmbH, a subsidiary of the Schwarzwald-Baar-Klinikum Villingen-Schwenningen, within the framework of a VAT group, for which a minority shareholder is sought within the framework of this award, who will be responsible for the operational management and responsibility for the takes over the profitability and quality of the services and thus replaces the existing minority shareholder.

Klinikum-Service GmbH employs approximately 190 people.
The Schwarzwald-Baar-Klinikum Villingen-Schwenningen intends to award maintenance cleaning and other domestic services for a period of 5 years and options for extension to Klinik-Service GmbH from 01.10.2023.
As a contractor, the minority shareholder assumes consulting, service and commercial administration services for Klinik-Service GmbH and concludes a consulting and service contract with Klinik-Service GmbH for this purpose. At the same time, the minority shareholder acquires a 49 percent stake in Klinik-Service GmbH at a nominal value of EUR 12,250.
At the same time, the Schwarzwald-Baar-Klinikum Villingen-Schwenningen and Klinik-Service GmbH conclude a contract for the provision of cleaning services and other domestic services.
The bidder is expected to calculate the individual services of the service company, to calculate the total costs of the service company taking into account the consulting and service contract and to plan and present a business plan for the term of the contract.
