The tender contest includes a contract for sand traps, sludge emptying, flushing and pipe inspections for the municipal network as well as private plants.

The tender contest also includes emptying of sludge from private plants in Ås, Frogn and Vestby. Nesodden shall have an option for entering this part of the service during the contract period.

The tender contest also includes emptying of drains/sand traps for Vestby, Ås and Nesodden. Nesodden and Ås municipalities are considering in-house implementation of the service during the contract period. Nesodden and Ås municipalities may therefore withdraw from the agreement for this area in case of a change as listed above.

The municipalities need pipe inspections and mirroring of pipes and sewage pipes.

The tenderer shall upon request from the Contracting Authority present proposals for emptying schedules, based on emptying assignments this year, as well as local requirements. The tenderer may also be asked to carry out sludge disposal, emptying of sand traps and flushing of pipe networks in case of operational problems and cleaning of sewage pump sumps, as well as pipe inspections.
