The state capital Dresden intends to convert and modernize the daycare center Hohnsteiner Straße 6 in 01099 Dresden.

Total cost framework (KG 200-700): currently approx.3.892 million EUR gross (excl. KG 600),

Building costs (KG 300 + 400): approx.2.579 million EUR gross

The client (AG) intends the service phases (Lph) 2 to 9 of the service object planning buildings and interiors according to HOAI § 34 ff. I. V. m. Annex 10 to be commissioned. The order is placed in stages. At the end of the negotiation process, service phase 2 is contractually commissioned. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all service phases. Likewise, there is no legal claim to further assignment after the first service phases have been provided. The completion of service phase 8 is expected at the end of 2024.
