With this tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to obtain tenders for the establishment and organization of activities in a collaboration forum between Jobcenter Copenhagen, the unemployment funds and the professional organizations.

The activities must consist of both physical and written / digital activities that support the purpose of the collaboration forum.

The City of Copenhagen's budget for 2019 has allocated funds in the period 2019-2020 for the establishment and organization of activities in a collaboration forum between Jobcenter Copenhagen, the unemployment funds and the professional organizations. The purpose of the forum is to establish networks across, as well as enable the sharing of knowledge and experiences about working with unemployed citizens.

The activities must consist of both physical and written / digital activities that support the purpose of the collaboration forum.

The target group for the cooperation forum is consultants or similar with the aforementioned actors working with unemployed citizens. The client's purpose for the forum is to establish networks across the target group in Jobcenter Copenhagen, the unemployment funds and the professional organizations, as well as enable the sharing of knowledge and experience about working with unemployed citizens

The client expects that the collaboration forum will create the following results across Jobcenter Copenhagen, a-boxes and the professional organizations:

- Strengthening cooperation between partners,

- Increased mutual understanding and knowledge of each other's work with unemployed citizens,

- Increased exchange of experience on what employment efforts work.

The contract is offered with the award criterion best price-quality ratio by reverse tendering.

The budgetary framework for the task has been determined in advance so that DKK 410,000 will be allocated for the task in 2019 and DKK 500,000 the task in 2020. The contract will be renewable for 2 times 12 months.
