The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the delivery of technical systems in order to get a system in place that supports the processes for back-up copies, archiving, disposing and resetting data.

Stavanger municipality would like a system that secures our data responsibly and gives us an optimum system for storing back-up data. The system shall be modern and suitable for the expected future where the data centre is virtual and hyper-converged. The system must be able to cover several locations. This notice includes the necessary software and/or hardware for a modern and future orientated platform for back-up copies and resetting data. It is a prerequisite that tenderers have competence in the offered software and hardware.
