The subject of the order is "Provision of municipal waste collection and management services for this property from the owners of the property where residents reside, created in the Konopiska commune."
The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected on all real estate where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the Konopiska Commune.
The scope of the contract is the collection and management of the entire stream of municipal waste transferred by the owners of real estate located in the abovementioned municipalities where the inhabitants reside, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage as part of the entrusted task.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is included in Annex 7 to the ToR.
The basic obligations of the Contractor include:
1) collecting and managing the entire stream of municipal waste transferred by the owners of real estate located in the Konopiska Commune where the inhabitants reside, in accordance with the waste collection schedule approved by the Employer,
2) waste management in a manner consistent with waste management principles set out in the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste, environmental protection requirements and the Waste Management Plan for the Śląskie Voivodeship,
3) achievement, in accordance with art. 3b paragraph 1 and art. 3c paragraph 1 of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and executive ordinances to the abovementioned the Act, the assumed levels of recycling, preparation for reuse, recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage as part of the entrusted task,
4) the use of specialized vehicles and ensuring a sufficient number of these vehicles, ensuring timely and qualitative performance of the material scope of the service,
5) having a vehicle location monitoring system and providing the Employer with unlimited access to this system,
6) enabling the Employer's representatives comprehensive control over the manner in which the Contractor performs the service,
7) timely delivery of monthly reports and reports required from the Contractor in accordance with the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities.
