The College has a requirement for College fire safety systems (Fire, Emergency Lighting, Extinguishers and Lightning Protection) across all campuses. The tender will include provision for PPM and Installation works and is divided into Lots. Please see the guidance for further information.
Lot 1 Fire Safety systems PPM, minor remedial and new installation works will include • Evacuation System• Fire Detection and Warning • Dry Riser• Fire Suppression and monitoring • Emergency Lighting • Fire extinguishers (water, CO2, foam and/or P50)Fire and Exit Doors may be added at a later date subject to College requirements / strategy.
Lot 2 Lightning Protection PPM, minor remedial and new installation worksThere is an immediate requirement for the installation of a new Lightning Conductor at Block F of the Stratford-upon-Avon campus. Pricing for this will be sought at tender and works will be required from the onset of the contract.
