The policy with regard to the sports fields will be harmonised in 2022. Previously, a lot of maintenance was carried out by the sports clubs themselves. The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to have the maintenance carried out largely on behalf of the municipality. A small part of the assignment is still carried out by the associations themselves.

The Contracting Authority is looking for a party that can carry out all the planned and daily maintenance of the sports fields on behalf of the municipality.

The objectives of the Framework Agreement are:

• satisfied users and associations with regard to the communication about the maintenance of sports parks;

• adequate coordination with the Client and a Contractor who thinks along with the Client;

• making the equipment used more sustainable.

• maintenance of natural grass pitches;

• maintenance of artificial grass pitches;

• regular maintenance of green spaces

• regular maintenance pavements / civil engineering facilities;
