The subject of the contract is the modernization of the ceiling and façade of a residential building at 13a, 13b Boczna Street in Siemianowice Śląskie

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ – Bill of quantities of works, STWiORB

The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with a quality guarantee for the works being the subject of the contract, for a period of 60 months, counting from the day following the day of protocol acceptance without reservations of the entire subject of the contract, performed on the terms set out in the Tender Specifications.
