Description:
Supply of other accommodation equipment divided into III parts – procedure No 70/D

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of other accommodation equipment, divided into III lots:

• Part I – supply of office furniture,

• Part II – delivery of barracks equipment,

• Part III – delivery of swivel chairs and office chairs,

2. Pursuant to Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority provides for the exercise of the right of option.

3. Place of execution of the object of the

• part I: Elbląg, Olsztyn, Giżycko, Węgorzewo, Gołdap, Białystok,

• Part II: Elbląg, Braniewo, Bartoszyce, Morąg, Wilkowo, Olsztyn, Lidzbark Warmiński, Lipowiec, Giżycko, Gołdap, Węgorzewo, Orzysz, Białystok, Suwałki, Bemowo Piskie,

• Part III: Olsztyn, Elbląg, Giżycko, Gołdap, Węgorzewo, Orzysz, Białystok.

4. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the delivered products for the period: minimum 24 – maximum 36 months from the date of delivery;

5. Required deadline for the performance of the contract with obtaining a material effect: by 30.11.2023.

Supply of office furniture

1. The subject matter of the contract in Part I is the supply of office furniture:

1) desk, in the amount of 170 pcs.;

2) computer table, in the amount of 105 pcs.;

3) printer cabinet, in the amount of 60 pcs.;

4) wooden rack, in the amount of 110 pcs.;

5) wall multi-pin hanger, in the amount of 30 pcs.;

6) wardrobe 2-door, in the amount of 170 pcs.;

2. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the delivered products for the period: minimum 24 – maximum 36 months from the date of delivery;

3. Place of the contract: Elbląg, Olsztyn, Giżycko, Węgorzewo, Gołdap, Białystok.

4. Required deadline for performance of the contract with obtaining a material effect: by 30.11.2023.

Delivery of barracks equipment

1. The subject matter of the contract in Part II of the procedure is the supply of barracks equipment:

1) deposit box for mobile phones, in the amount of 27 pcs.;

2) key cabinet, in the amount of 37 pcs.;

3) common room table, in the amount of 365 pcs.;

4) metal cabinet for clothing (WP2-34), in the amount of 2385 pcs.;

5) academic table on a metal base, in the amount of 100 pcs.;

6) soldier's bedside cabinet - metal, in the amount of 2770 pcs.;

7) warehouse rack - metal, in the amount of 190 pcs.;

8) standing hanger - metal, in the amount of 420 pcs.;

9) weapon rack, in the amount of 245 pcs.;

10) barracks stool on a metal base WP2-30, in the amount of 1620 pcs.;

11) metal multipin hanger, in the amount of 236 pcs.;

12) barracks bed, in the amount of 1660 pcs.;

13) folding metal folding bed (with mattress), in the amount of 185 pcs.;

14) folding field stool with metal base, in the amount of 175 pcs.;

2. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the delivered products for the period: minimum 24 – maximum 36 months from the date of delivery;

3. Place of the contract: Elbląg, Braniewo, Bartoszyce, Morąg, Wilkowo, Olsztyn, Lidzbark Warmiński, Lipowiec, Giżycko, Gołdap, Węgorzewo, Orzysz, Białystok, Suwałki, Bemowo Piskie.

4. Required deadline for the performance of the contract with obtaining a material effect: by 30.11.2023.

Delivery of swivel chairs and office chairs

1. The subject matter of the contract in Part III of the procedure is the supply of swivel chairs and office chairs:

1) swivel office chair on a metal base with adjustable lifting – padded, in the amount of 40 pcs.;

2) swivel office chair on a metal base with adjustable lifting – padded, in the amount of 25 pcs.;

3) swivel chair on a metal base with adjustable lifting – padded, in the amount of 300 pcs.;

4) office chair on a metal base – padded, in the amount of 325 pcs.;

5) office chair on a metal base – hard, in the amount of 1210 pcs.;

2. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the delivered products for the period: minimum 24 – maximum 36 months from the date of delivery;

3. Place of the contract: Olsztyn, Elbląg, Giżycko, Gołdap, Węgorzewo, Orzysz, Białystok.

4. Required deadline for the performance of the contract with obtaining a material effect: by 30.11.2023.
