The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:

- providing end-user ICT hardware (both employees and students), including chromebooks, tablets, desktops, chromeboxes and laptop carts;

- providing accessories for ICT hardware (mice, keyboards, monitors, etc. );

- optional unpacking and ready-to-use ICT hardware and carrying packaging materials;

- Optional purchase and certified emptying of old materials.

The scope of the assignment is all equipment as described in the assignment. It is estimated to be around 1000 to 1300 devices per year.
