This contract is concluded to set the conditions and terms relating to the temperature market with profit-sharing, lump-sum services and operation with major maintenance. Its purpose is:

- the supply of fuel for a fixed temperature service depending on the buildings (item P1);

- the unitary supply of m 3 heated water for sanitary use (station P1 / 2) depending on the building;

- the flat-rate service for the operation and routine maintenance of the production and distribution of heating, domestic hot water, water treatment, ventilation and air conditioning installations for the town of Croix (station P2);

- the flat-rate cleaning service for the pool, the beaches and the stainless steel of the swimming pool (station P2);

- the flat-rate service of total guarantee and renewal of all technical equipment payable by the holder according to the service limits defined in the CCTP (item… (see DCE).
