RV Thermal insulation and insulation work in the district heating network of DEW21

RV: Components of this specification are essentially thermal insulation and insulation work as well as fire- and smoke-tight partitions in the district heating network of Dortmunder Energie- und Wasserversorgung GmbH within the Dortmund city area.

The deliveries and services to be provided shall be called off individually by the client for thermal insulation work in the event of damage, plannable maintenance measures and small-scale measures as well as new construction and conversion measures. As a rule, the services are carried out in connection with pipeline construction measures, which are also carried out on behalf of the client.

The scope of supply and services includes the removal of existing thermal insulation in all possible types and shapes, the completion of missing thermal insulation on existing pipes and pipe installations, the installation of new thermal insulation, the installation of sheaths made of sheet metal and plastics, the production of fireproof and smoke-tight partitions as well as the procurement and delivery of materials. Furthermore, third-party services that may not be included in the service description must be coordinated. In addition, services for construction site safety and construction site coordination must be provided.
