The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority would like to enter into a Framework Agreement with a tenderer for consultancy services within ICT operations.

The Contracting Authority occasionally has a need for basic competence and expertise within ICT operations. There can also be a need for consultancy services for major projects. The assistance shall mainly be provided at the Contracting Authority's offices in Trondheim.

The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority would like to enter into a Framework Agreement with a service provider for assistance within ICT operations.

The Contracting Authority occasionally has a need for basic competence and expertise within ICT operations. There can also be a need for consultancy services for major projects. The assistance shall mainly be provided at the Contracting Authority's offices in Trondheim.

The operational assistance can, amongst other things, include:

— assistance with major updates,

— troubleshooting,

— training,

— major configuration changes,

— optimisation of operations and the operations environment.
