the Framework Agreement will be implemented through the conclusion of follow-on contracts. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. Project Management AssistanceFeasibility Study / Avp / Pro / Dce / Diag / Det - services of: dimensioning / structural evaluation.... This framework agreement will result in the conclusion of regular and purchase order call-ups for minor services. These purchase order contracts will have a non-renewable duration of 1 year. The client reserves the right to award specific contracts outside the framework agreement
