The agreement consists of the cleaning of gyms of the municipality of Veldhoven. The contracting authority deliberately merged the contract. The municipality of Veldhoven has a strong preference to place the cleaning for all locations with one party in order to create efficiency and to arrive at a single point of contact. For that reason, the contract shall not be marketed in lots or individual invitations to tender.

The agreement is entered into for a period of at least two years and a maximum of six years. The effective date of the agreement is September 1, 2022.

By means of this tender, the contracting authority wants to ensure a clean and hygienic environment at gymnasiums without the users being too burdened by the cleaning work. In addition, the contracting authority wants to ensure flexible cleaning in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
