The contract concerns all buildings in which the contracting authority is located. She reserves the right at all times to organize small moves internally herself. The contracting authority wishes to enter into a partnership with a service provider who relieves it. It expects the Tenderer to submit an offer based on its expertise as a professional (project) mover, which includes all activities.

On average, the contracting authority has spent EUR 270,000 incl. VAT per year over the past three years. This equates to an estimated value of EUR 1,080,000 including VAT over four years. However, it is a framework agreement. As a result, no rights can be derived or guarantees can be issued from this amount.
