This study will explore how Nordic offshore wind projects can avoid, mitigate, or compensate for biodiversity impacts, as a key input to the Nordic ministerial meeting in September 2021. Examples of best practice from projects in the region and/or neighbour countries will inform regulators and stakeholders with a view to increasing the share of renewables in the Nordic energy system.
