Scope of services of this tender are the carpentry work for new buildings and renovation.

Length-oriented façade scaffolding as working and protective scaffolding along the outside flanges are provided on site. All necessary interior scaffoldings are included in the scope of services of the carpenter and include.

The carpentry includes:

- new wall constructions as element construction, room height and as upper wall part with 1 m height. - new wallcoverings with Rombus formwork on substructure,

- Make new trusses from wooden structure with wooden shuttering,

- Renew damaged wooden components at the existing supply building.

Carpentry:

- about 160 m 2 Wooden frame construction as stiffening outer wall, bearing, made of KVH, inside with 3-layer board or OSB as stiffening planking, in showers gypsum fibreboards, airtight taped, insulation made of mineral wool, outside with wind barrier track and clothing from Rombusleisten,

- about 2 m 3 Deliver and bind KVH in various dimensions, eg. As an open facade construction above masonry walls, clothing with Rombusleisten,

- approx. 25 m 3 KVH in various dimensions deliver and set, as roof construction, ceiling beams, rafters, purlins, anchoring with injection plugs,

- About 150 m 2 Demolition waterproofing flat roof made of bituminous membrane including roof formwork in partial areas, external roof drainage, roof formwork renew,

- about 575 m 2 Roof formwork new, consisting of 22 mm Rauspund and 13 mm OSB / 3.
