1. The object of the order is:
1) preparation for printing
2) pressure
3) packaging
4) packing and securing packages
5) distribution to schools, district examination boards (OKE) in: Gdańsk, Jaworzno, Kraków, Łomża, Łódź, Poznań, Warsaw and Wrocław, and to the Central Examination Commission in Warsaw (CKE)
two publications (in Formula 2023), i.e.:
a) Selected mathematical formulas for the matriculation exam in mathematics (ISBN no. 978-83-66) - 600 000 pcs.
b) Selected physicochemical formulas and constants for the matura exam in biology, chemistry and physics (ISBN no. 978-83-66725-02-7) – 200 000 pcs.
2. The forecast number of packages weighing up to 20 kg (including preparation and distribution) - about 8,000 pcs. The number is based on the projected number of recipients (about 8,000). The final number of recipients will be transferred in demand, on the day of signing the contract, however, this number will not be less than 5,000.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

3. Expenditures:
1) publication of selected mathematical formulas for the matriculation exam in mathematics - 600 000 pcs.
2) publication of selected formulas and physicochemical constants for the matura exam in biology, chemistry and physics - 200,000 pcs.
3) the forecast number of packages weighing up to 20 kg (including preparation and distribution) - about 8,000 pcs. This number is due to the projected number of recipients (about 8,000). The final number of recipients will be transferred in demand, on the day of signing the contract, however, this number will not be less than 5,000.
4. Publication (mathematical formulae) shall meet the following requirements:
1) format: A4 (210mm x 297 mm)
2) volume: 32 pages + cover
3) color 4x4
4) printing technique: offset printing
5. paper:
a) center weight: offset paper 90 g/m2 (+/- 5%)
b) cover weight: single-sided coated cardboard 250g/m2 (+/- 5%), matt or UV foil
c) colour: white
d) white paper: min. CIE 143
(e) form and binding: in the form of a notebook brochure sewn with wire on the back (2 staples).
5. Publication (physico-chemical formulae and constants) must meet the following requirements:

6. Deadline for the performance of the contract – the Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract within no more than 90 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. As part of the criterion for the evaluation of tenders, the Contractor may offer to shorten the deadline by a maximum of 30 days.
7. The Ordering Party does not provide for the submission of partial tenders. The order is one of the parts of the order for printing and distribution of exam materials carried out by the Ordering Party.
8. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the submission of variant offers.
9. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of additional contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the PPL Act.
10. The Ordering Party does not require and does not allow the submission of an offer in the form of electronic catalogs or attaching electronic catalogs to the offer, in the situation specified in Article 93 of the PPL Act.
11. Before initiating the procedure, the contracting authority placed an advertisement on its own website in order to determine the estimated value of the contract. Information about the content is available on the website of the https://bip.cke.gov.pl/.
12. The Contractor shall not require the submission of the means of proof in question.
