The purpose of the contract is to provide software licensing services and supplies aimed at upgrading BX1's existing information content production system, namely Dalet Newspack 3.5, to the most popular version. recent available, namely Dalet Galaxy Five.

The contractor's mission is to deploy the Dalet Galaxy Five platform, perform configuration and configuration operations, migrate all the existing data and processes (workflow) of the current platform. The services include the management of the project and the contractor's teams, the technical operations of installation and configuration of the software, the migration of existing data and processes, the technical tests and validations, the training of the staff of the contracting authority and the accompaniment to the setting in production. Supplies include all Dalet software licenses as well as Dalet hardware only. The servers and computer storage are not part of the market and will be made available to the contracting authority by BX1.

The upgrade of the system considers an increase in the scope of the solution. The increase is essentially the addition of users and a radio studio rundown.

In order to achieve the mission the tenderers will have to have sufficient technical skills as well as relevant expertise. Tenderers will offer services in the following areas, in particular:

- project management,

- architectural solution,

- project engineer,

- trainer,

- develop.

Bidders will be required to submit their certifications attesting to their competence on the software and technologies considered in this invitation to tender.
