1.The subject of the contract is the execution of complete design documentation and the implementation of construction works according to the documentation for the task: Land use at the District Labor Office between Stawowa 18 Street and Wyzwolenia Street 19 — design and build.

1.1. The subject of the contract is the execution of complete design documentation and the implementation of construction works according to the documentation for the task: Land use at the County Labor Office between Stawowa 18 Street and 19 Wyzwolenia Street — design and build.

1.2. The subject of the contract includes: 1.2.1. the execution of a comprehensive multi-industry project documentation together with obtaining the necessary arrangements and permitts,1.2.the execution, on the basis of the above-mentioned documentation, of construction works, in order to carry out the investment task in question together with delivery and installation of all necessary equipment and equipment - resulting from this documentation,1.2.3.the performance of copyright supervisory,1.2.4.preparation of reception documentation, including as-built documentation.1.3. The subject of the contract shall be, in particular:

1.3.1.perform the project documentation necessary for the implementation of the investment task in the scope arising from the functional-utility program,1.3.2.obtain all necessary or required conditions, arrangements (in particular with the gestors of the networks located on the premises of the investment), reviews technical, expertise and technical examinations necessary to carry out construction works (construction permit) ,1.3.3.3.perform construction work in the scope of developed design documentation ensuring constant supervision of the construction manager,1.3.4.deliver and assemble equipment according to the documentation technical,

1.3.5.perform authorial supervision over the implementation of construction works.3.6.draw up the reception documentation and perform as-built documentation, including surveying as-built inventory, with the submission in the Department of Geodesy of the Siemianowice Silesian City Office of the as-built surveying operation. Reception documentation includes, among others, certificates confirming the conformity of built-up equipment with PN-EN 1176 standard issued by accredited units a declaration of conformity or technical approval for other building materials. The Contractor is also obliged to submit documents issued as a result of the reception (post-assembly inspection) of the playground by a certifying or inspection institution, e.g. Technical Inspection Authority, Playground Control Centre in accordance with the standards of series PN-EN 1176 and PN-EN 1177.1.3.7.pass To the contracting authority the necessary information in the field of maintenance and use of parking spaces and equipment.1.4.The scope of construction works consisting in the construction of the square:1.4.1.construction of 20 parking spaces for passenger cars together with access road ,1.4.2.zoning of the play zone — Recreation,1.4.3.execution of 250 plantings and ordering the site together with planting grass.1.5. A detailed description of the subject of the order shall include: a) Functional - Utility Program (Appendix 3 to SWZ), b) Designed contract provisions (Appendix 4 to SWZ), hereinafter referred to collectively as Documentation.1.6. The Contractor is obliged to execute orders under the terms and conditions described in the Designed terms of the contract (Appendix No. 4 to SWZ) .1.7.For the subject of the contract, the selected Contractor shall grant the Contractor guarantees and warranties to the Contractor for the period consistent with the Contractor's offer, however not less than 60 months, counting from the next day after the day of the protocol receipt without reservation to the whole subject of the order.
