1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel – the supply of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E together with a distribution service. The forecast amount of gas fuel is

46 981 712 kWh (using a conversion factor of 11.4 - 4 121 204 m3), of which:

1) Part 1 of the order - Comprehensive supply of natural gas in 2024 – 24 704 113 kWh

2) Part 2 of the order - Comprehensive supply of natural gas in 2025 - 22 277 599 kWh.

2. The above data are indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in collection. Reducing or increasing the amount of gaseous fuel does not entail any consequences for the ordering party (recipients), except for the need to pay for the amount of gas actually taken and transmission services in accordance with the applicable DSO Tariff.

3. Details of gas consumption, distribution parameters in individual PPGs are described in Appendix 1a and 1b to the SWZ - List of PPG collection points.
