(a) the waste must be transported and then managed

on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, items 779, 784, 1648).
b) the collection of waste will take place by transport organized by the Contractor and at his expense, also in terms of transport costs, insurance for the time of transport and unloading.
c) the amount of waste is approximately 6500 Mg during the term of the contract. The monthly amount is about 1300 Mg, while the weekly amount is about 325 Mg. These are estimated amounts, used as an auxiliary to the preparation of the offer, with 6500 Mg being an approximate amount for collection and recovery, which may be increased by 10%. The Ordering Party does not have to complete the subject of the contract in full. Waste collection will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party.
d) The Ordering Party reserves that the given quantity of the subject of the contract is a forecasted amount and depends on the needs of the Ordering Party. The above does not result in withdrawal from the contract or change of its terms. If the Ordering Party uses the above, the Contractor is not entitled to any claim in this respect, which it hereby waives.

they are by a metal separator (applies to ferrous metals) and separated manually in sorting booths (applies to non-ferrous metals).
(g) waste generated by the mechanical process shall be stored in bulk under a roof and shall be loaded onto substituted means of transport in that form. The average weight of 1 m3 of waste is about 0.20 Mg. This is an approximate value used by the Contractor to calculate costs, but does not constitute the basis for any claims in this respect.
(h) the average weight of loads for movable floor semi-trailers is approximately 18-20 Mg.
(i) The minimum guaranteed weight of waste within one means of transport type running floor shall be 17 Mg.
