Nv Verzekeringsbedrijf Groot Amsterdam (VGA) hereby requests reinsurance for an extensive fire coverage with an insured amount of EUR 50,000,000 per event. A personal retention of EUR 100,000 and EUR 25,000 respectively per event applies with a maximum of EUR 1,000,000 per insurance year. The reinsurance cover of up to EUR 50,000,000 is in addition to the applicable retention. Reinsurance coverage is further described in Lot 1 of this schedule of requirements.

VGA also acts as an intermediary for its insured parties (as described in lot 1) to cover excess coverage for all claims that fall within the applicable insurance portfolio and that per event exceeds EUR 50 000 000 plus the applicable own retention of VGA under lot 1 come true, all described in lot 2.
