The customer intends to procure framework agreements from contractors for national and area networks in Mora, Orsa and Älvdalen municipalities.

For this procurement that concerns the public communications network, Älvdalen municipality invokes the telecommunications exemption Chapter 3, Section 6 of the Public Procurement Act. According to the telecom exemption, it is not possible to appeal against the choice of supplier. The procurement will be carried out on the basis of commercial practice and with the aim of creating cooperation with parties that offer the most economical overall public transport network for MOA municipalities.

The contract is intended to be signed with one (1) bidder.
