Project line No. 1:94 log. Ind. City of Bonniers II in BAUDOUR

These are individual cadastral dwellings on two levels, 3 fronts with garage

(semi-open order) built in 1978 located in the city of Bonniers II in 7331 Baudour.

There have been no subsidized projects; at present work on its own background for the

replacement of exterior carpentry (file 123710).

Overall, the electrical and gas installation are compliant. Nevertheless, it could be

that, from time to time, this is not the case. For these situations, a budget has been set aside in

the renovation plan.

The current ventilation system is compliant and type C (natural air supply and

mechanical extraction).

Some of the houses targeted in this project line have a production of DHW on the

boiler, the other has an electric boiler independent of the heating system. It is

also provided electric boilers by handing over the production of DHW on the gas boiler

existing. A centralized extraction will be installed.

There is currently no insulation on the floor. Since the houses are built on the ground, it

will not be possible to insulate this wall.

The current label is established in F/E The projected label will be in B after work (SEE PJ). The

projected certificate does not take into account the renovation of the entire envelope (gold

all the walls will be insulated), so it will be better than the one announced.

Project line No. 12:36 collective logs. Rue d'Herchies and du Bon

These are cadastral (eligible) dwellings (see Abyla 0258C035) of collective type of six

blocks of six dwellings built in 1965 located at Rue d'Herchies and Bon Logis.

There were no subsidized projects.

Currently, the dwellings have an electrical installation and a gas installation.

Project line 4:29 log. Ind. Rue de la Quietude in BAUDOUR

These are small (eligible) cadastered dwellings (see E.A. Abyla 0259E001) type

individual on one level with a flat roof and built in 1981 located at the

Rue de la Quietude in 7331 Baudour.

Currently, the dwellings are equipped with a type C ventilation system, a

gas central heating with direct DHW production.

As the rental rehabilitations of our management, the gas installations and

electricity will be carried out via a specific market.

Since the houses are built on the ground, it is not possible to insulate the ground.

There were no subsidized projects.

A permit will be introduced with DGO4 for the repair of the envelope.

Project line 5:14 log. Ind. Second Street in SAINT-GHISLAIN

These are cadastral (eligible) dwellings (Abyla 2214A009) individual type out of two

levels with a full basement giving access to the garden, grouped in blocks of 2 or

4 houses (see location) built in 1952 located at Rue Deuin 7330 St Ghislain.

There were no subsidized projects.

In order to stay within the overall envelope of the renovation plan and complete the renovation

of the 2

th street, we would carry out the envelope work within the framework of the plan. We would isolate

all the walls (floor with basement insulation on the underside, wall with plaster on

insulation and roofing). The entire roof would be redone, a skylight would be provided for

have a sufficient escape for access to the attic room. So that the system

ventilation system is complete, a type C+ system would be installed.

A building permit will be introduced (insulation and plastering on existing walls) by a

outside service provider. Central heating including a gas-fired condensing boiler

with direct DHW production. Electrical compliance will also be achieved.

The current label is established in G/F The projected label will be in B after work (see P.J.).

The projected label only takes into account the insulation of the gables but we would realize the insulation

of all the walls (so the label will be better than the one announced).

Project line 6:8 log. Ind. Rue des Pâtures Rivages in Tertre

These are (eligible) cadastral dwellings (Abyla 2205CA06) individual type

composed of a block of 8 semi-detached houses spread over two levels (one

accommodation by level) each with their own garage and their private entrance. These

housing located in Rue des Pâtures Rivages in 7333 Tertre date from 1980 and

have two bedrooms.

There was a subsidized project for 18 of the 26 housing units on the street.

Currently these homes have a type C ventilation system and

gas central heating with direct DHW production. The boilers of

our fleet are new, they are gradually replaced in such a way

that our entire fleet is always up to date. The electrical installations of

these homes are to be reviewed, the gas installations are up to standard, the roof

is dilapidated.

The housing is built on vacuum-ventilated but the complexity of accessibility does not

will not allow you to isolate the ceiling from these voids.

It provides for the insulation of walls (with plaster on insulation), the replacement of

joinery (while remaining compliant with the ventilation system in place), the

replacement and insulation of the roof and the compliance of the installation

electric. As for the roof, it contains asbestos, prices

in the budget include the treatment of this waste

Project line 7:20 log. Ind. Street of Sglatignies, Stambrugge

These are cadastral (eligible) dwellings (Abyla 2197A010) of individual type and

semi-detached (semi-open order) built in 1978 located Rue de Sglatignies,

Stambrugge and Mr. Dumont in Neufmaison.

There were no subsidized projects, only work on own funds

for the installation of new PVC boilers and exterior joinery.

The dwellings currently have oil-fired boilers (replaced in

2013) as well as PVC frames (dating back less than 20 years). The system of

ventilation is complete and type C. The accommodations are on the ground, we

do not have the ability to insulate the floor.

The planned works are the entire insulation of the facades, the repair and the insulation

slate roofs. Electrical compliance will also be

carried out as part of the renovation plan, as well as the installation of a

centralized extraction. As far as roofs are concerned, these contain

asbestos. Estimated prices include asbestos treatment.

The label established in 2020 is in D (new chassis and boilers). The label

projected is C (SEE PJ) because it does not take into account the laying of a plaster on

insulation on all facades, with this work we are aiming for a B label.

Project line 8:16 log. Ind. City Wauters in TERTRE

These are small (eligible) cadastered dwellings (see E.A. Abyla 2207A200)

Currently, the accommodations are not insulated, they are equipped with heating

electric, an electric boiler, a type C ventilation system.

The electrical installation is supposed to be compliant. When it is not, it

is rehabilitated by our management during renovations.

The city of Wauters is not served by city gas. Given the little ground

available and since there is often no direct access to the garden, it is

you can't put a tank on gas. Given the small size of the dwellings, a

local heating is sufficient, that's why we are heading to the

pellet.

Regarding domestic hot water, the only option available to us is

electric boiler that we compensate with photovoltaic panels.

We don't have the space available to put a DHW production by

solar panels or via a thermodynamic boiler.

We plan to insulate all the facades, redo the roofs (and

isolate them) and replace the joinery (respecting the

ventilation). Since the houses are built on the ground, it will not be

possible to insulate the floor.

Project line No. 9:4 log. Ind. Rue des Fir trees in BAUDOUR

These are (eligible) cadastral dwellings (0258A005) individual and adjoining type (order

semi-open) built in 1979 located at Rue des Sapins in Baudour.

There were no subsidized projects.

Currently, the dwellings are equipped with gas central heating with production

direct from DHW. They have a type C ventilation system.

semi-open) built in 1979 located at the City of Chaufours in Hautrage.

There were no subsidized projects.

Currently, the dwellings are equipped with a non-compliant ventilation system

(mechanical extractions present, no air inlets), they are equipped with a boiler

with condensing gas with direct DHW production. The electrical installations are

up to standards. Occasionally, if necessary, we would activate a stock market for

the electrical or gas compliance and our teams (Régie Ouvrière) would install one or

the other missing extractor.

The planned work is the complete renovation of the envelope with the exception of the floor

(houses on land, no technical possibility to insulate the ground). A coating on insulation

and insulated siding is provided for the elevations. The roofs will be replaced and

isolated. New exterior carpentry taking into account air intakes (in order to

make housing compliant from a ventilation point of view) will be installed.

Project line No. 11:18 collective logs. O. Gilmant Street in TERTRE

These are cadastral (eligible) housing (see Abyla 2203C02) of collective type of two

blocks built in 1965 located at O. Gilmant Street in Tertre.

There were no subsidized projects.

Currently the dwellings are equipped with collective gas boilers (1/building). The

ventilation system is a type A system. Electricity and gas installation is

compliant.

The planned work is the insulation of the envelope with the exception of the floor by making a

coated on insulation. New joinery in line with a ventilation system of type

C will be installed. The insulation and waterproofing of flat roofs will be fully

journals. Extractors in wet rooms can be installed independently

by our workers' management or by a totally independent market carried out in parallel.
