The object of this contract is the provision of the sound system, lighting, audiovisual equipment and scenic machinery of the spaces owned by the city council, intended for its activities and cultural programming, as well as the supply on a rental basis, without the option to purchase, of the sound and light equipment necessary for the various municipal programming and co-organized by the associative fabric with the city council, whether on public roads or in municipal spaces. It also includes preventive maintenance and revision of the various audiovisual and lighting equipment in municipal buildings.

1. Sound and lighting of the events organized by the city council, as well as the events organized with local entities that take place both in municipal spaces and on public roads, whether with the own material available to the city council as if it is necessary to proceed to the supply on a rental basis, without a purchase option, of the necessary equipment;

2. Technical assistance service for audiovisuals and lighting in the spaces detailed below, whether for events organized by the council itself or events co-organized with the municipal associative fabric. It includes technical assistance during the event and after the event (dismantling).

Municipal spaces:

- Cultural Center of the Rock,

- Cultural center of La Torreta,

- Civic center of Santa Agnès,

- plenary hall,

- other possible municipal spaces,

- public road spaces;

3. Preventive maintenance of the scenic equipment of the cultural centers (La Roca Cultural Center, La Torreta Cultural Center and Santa Agnès Civic Center) and the plenary hall, as well as the revision of the audiovisual and lighting equipment;

4. Management and advice of the technical files and productions of the shows and events that you want to hire or activities that you want to carry out and any other advice that the town hall needs;

5. Logistics coordination service, distribution of the material available to the council and, if necessary, advice on the material to carry out municipal activities and organized events with local entities;

6. Service for the transfer of sound equipment available to the city council for events organized by municipal entities, when so requested through an instance.
