Orbit is looking to procure a financial capability support service from a high-quality provider that will deliver a service that is demonstrably focused around the needs of Orbit customers.

Orbit currently provides access to specialist money advice to around 1 000 customers (tenants). We have a commissioned national partnership with a debt advice provider so customers can access crisis debt management through telephone, online and webchat support independently over the phone or online. We also currently have a commissioned national partnership which supports customers to improve their financial well-being and increase their income. The contract expires March 2020. This tender is to recommission this service. Additionally, Orbit provides tenancy coaching for customers that have been identified to have a particular vulnerability. The contract will be awarded for a period of 2 years with potential for a 1 year extension.
