Enova is holding an open tender contest with the intention of entering into parallel framework agreements with several tenderers in order to cover Enova’s need for consultancy services related to data and analtsis.

Enova plans to cover the increased need for capacity and competence in the data and analysis area in the next period through a combination of using internal resources and the involvement of external resources. To be able to carry out planned development projects, as well as allow for future potential needs, we will through this invitation to tender enter into framework agreements that cover a broad range of competence related to the data and analysis area, including project implementation thereof.

Trends such as digitisation, automation and personalisation provide changing conditions and new opportunities for more efficient and accurate measures. In the future, it will be important for Enova to establish a clear direction with a focus on data-driven innovation. As an important criterion, Enova has launched a new business platform ("Platform 42") that provides good opportunities for developing computer-driven services. At the same time, this assumes that we manage and refine our data in a good manner. This involves, among other things, the establishment of a data platform and analysis platform to be able to scale the use of models and insights.

Enova wants to be well equipped now and in the future, and is looking for flexible and solution-oriented joint venture partners. Strong strategic and professional advice on technology selection, efficient and standardized processes, support for project implementation and operational experience with data management, statistical analysis and data science is important for Enova. Holistic thinking, proactivity and optimisation of selected strategies over time will be crucial.

The consulting services will consist of both shorter and longer assignments and be connected to assignments/services with varying complexity and scope. A requirement for the collaboration is that the resources can work on-site at Enova, and if necessary work in agile sprints as a part of the Enova team.
