2. The subject of the contract is divided into two parts:

1) Part I – concrete elements,

2) Part II – Cold asphalt.

3. Material scope of the contract for Lots I and II:

1) Successive delivery of building materials. The Ordering Party requires that the delivery be made together with transport and unloading in the Ordering Party's field bases indicated in point 2) and 3) below.

2) Successive delivery of building materials along with transport and unloading in the Ordering Party's field bases:

(a) Gdańsk, 31-33 Kaechce Street

(b) Gdańsk, 13-15 Building Street

(c) Gdańsk, 22 Wiślna Street

d) Gdańsk, 110/Abrahama 30A Polanki Street

3) The Ordering Party reserves the right to change incidentally the places of delivery of building materials indicated in point 2) above to other places located within the borders of the City of Gdańsk or neighboring municipalities.
